The customer provides design references (images) or submits their own customized design.
Quantity & Specifications
The customer specifies the order quantity and detailed product requirements.
Quotation
We provide a price quote based on the order quantity. If the quantity is below our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), the quote will be based on the MOQ.
Price & Sample Confirmation
Upon customer approval of the price, we provide the sample cost and production timeline.
Sample Order & Payment
If the customer agrees, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for the sample.
After payment, we proceed with sample production.
Sample Approval & Shipping
Once the sample is ready, we share photos for confirmation.
Upon approval, we arrange sample shipment.
Bulk Order Confirmation
After sample approval, we proceed with mass production and issue a signed & stamped PI or commercial invoice for the bulk order.
Deposit Payment & Production
The customer pays a deposit, and we begin bulk manufacturing.
Production Completion Inspection
Once production is finished, we provide photos/videos for customer review.
Balance Payment & Shipment
The customer settles the remaining balance, and we arrange shipment:
FOB Terms: Goods delivered to Shanghai Port; onward logistics are the customer's responsibility.
CNF/CIF Terms: Goods shipped to the customer's designated port; responsibilities transfer upon arrival.
